Shipping and Exchange

CodexBash sells access to an online service. There is no physical product, no packaging and no delivery address. No shipping charge is ever applied, and no courier is ever involved.

• Access is granted immediately once a payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
• Nothing needs to be downloaded or installed. Sign in and the plan is active.
• A receipt is emailed to the address on your account.

If a payment succeeds but your plan does not activate within a few minutes, raise a ticket in the help centre. We can see the payment and will activate the plan manually.

Because nothing is shipped, there is nothing to exchange or return. Moving between Pro monthly and Pro yearly is done in Settings.

If you paid for the wrong plan, raise a ticket. We will move you to the right one and refund or charge the difference.

CodexBash is available anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees.
